Vanco deposit

We started a new fund drive to pave our driveway and I created a new Income account under our Vision Income. The new # is 4810-103. Vanco is sending the money to the Pastors Discretionary fund # 4815-103. All they see is 103. What do I do? Can I close the new account (it now has money in it)?, or change the number?? Thanks.

I would think you can correct this at Vanco ... sounds like the account number was entered incorrectly somewhere. I'd also check to see what the Contribution Fund is pointing to.
