How can you set up a template email that would be sent when you go to email out the Notices of Deposit? I'm in PC12.

Additionally, can you have the email to where it can auto-populate a date from the check? Deposit Date being that field.

This is not possible. What you can do is setup such a text template in MS Word, and just cut and paste from it each month.
