Is there the ability to attach a pdf of an invoice from a vendor to a transaction? If this could be done it would save a huge amount of filing cabinet space.

Currently, there isn't. Saving file attachments is something that has been suggested before and is on the wishlist. We'll tag your message on there as well in support of it.

That would be a huge benefit for me, also. Tag me on that.

Very interested in this also. We are on PowerChurch online, so not sure how that would work, but I believe QB does it.

What I do is use a free PDF print driver to 'print' documents, or scan them, then name the file with the date and check, or other identifying information, and save them on a network drive. This will allow you to do much the same, and access the file without having to bring up any program to find it.

Its a very easy workaround for the time being.
