We use Powerchurch Plus Version 11.1. When I go to Payroll > Tax Reporting > 941 Report, the screen does not show 2019. It is still showing 2018, although I did process 2018Q4's 941 successfully. I downloaded the maintenance link (twice) to the computer, but it still shows 2018. Any idea how to assist? Thank you!

PCPlus v11.1 is no longer being maintained, as there are two newer versions out (v11.55 and v12), and that version is now 9 years old. You probably downloaded the MR for v11.55 which will not install.

I would suggest that the church purchase the upgrade to v12, which is $159.00 for a program download, and $179.00 for the download and physical CD.

However, this does not mean that the program will not properly calculate the 941 data, just that you need to download the 941 form from the IRS and enter the data yourself.
