During 2019 we had some employee's receive back pay, a new code was created and the state wages box was not unmarked. This leaves the amount of backpay showing in box 16 under state wages and tax, we do not have state tax. How do I correct this?

Unchecking that tax option on the Maintain Item Descriptions screen now should update the calculations on the W2 and remove the state tax reporting.
