I am unable to update our state income tables.
When I try to enter to percentage rate, I am only allowed to enter 3 number to the right of the decimal. With our new rates I need 4.

We have written up a bug report about this and will get the software updated to allow the four digit decimal places. In the meantime, round the amounts up to three digits.
