Payroll and W2

Post by sbarkerding »

We starting using PowerChurch for our payroll starting with 2Q19. Previously we outsourced. I now have to do W2 but how do I enter the 1Q19 salary info for each employee so their W2 reflects the entire year?

Thanks.

When you call up the W2 function you'll be able to 'edit' the W2s to add those changes to the existing numbers. I'm also sure you'll have to edit the W-3 to reflect the changes in all the W-2s.
