One of our EEs needed to use his pay stubs as income verification. He was told the pay stubs weren't acceptable because they don't say who the employer is. It just shows his name and how much he was paid, YTD, etc.
I hadn't ever really paid attention to how they look, but it is super generic.
is there any way to customize what is printed on the pay stub to show the church as the employer.
Is there a way to customize the paystubs at all?

If you're using v11.5 or v12, you can go to FILE -> PREFERENCES -> ACCOUNTING, then select the PAYROLL stub. You will have the option there to print the name and address on the stubs if you're using computer checks, or if you're just printing stubs, to print that on the stubs.alcbooks wrote:One of our EEs needed to use his pay stubs as income verification.
