Hi -

Is there a way to have a single deposit with contributions and income checks mixed? When you post contributions they are posted to the checking account as a single deposit. So how do I include income checks in the same bank deposit?

When posting contributions using the Update Fund Accounting posting method, it creates an unposted transaction in Fund Accounting. You can modify this transaction prior to posting, adding your additional deposit amounts. To do this, go to Accounting > Fund Accounting > Modify Unposted Transactions.

Just a heads up on this ... you will probably get a pop-up giving a notice that the original transaction was created in another module, and will ask if you still want to save it. Just click on YES.
