941 - # of employees

We have 3 employees. One started on June 30th. My second qrt report correctly listed 3 employees. My 3rd qrt report only listed 2 employees. I need to figure out why the discrepency.

Did you still have 3 employees on Sept 12th?

PowerChurch is getting that count of employees by looking at those who had income that was taxable by Federal W/H on a check with a pay period that included September 12th. So, that's where I would start looking. First, is there an employee now that isn't taxable by Federal Withholding? Next, was there a gap in the pay period date ranges that were processed for any employee around that time?
