Updated 1099 template

The current 1099-MISC form in version 9 seems to be based on the 2002 1099-MISC form. Since the current 2005 1099-MISC form has the former box 15 divided into 15A and 15B, will there be a maintenance release that updates the form, or is there some other way to get the correct form layout?

What's the date shown in the program, if it has 11/11/2005, then you have all the maintenance releases current.
If not, install that MR, then see what happends. If it is not fixed there, then I suspect this may be something they are now aware of, but have not yet finalized a fix.

I am running the 11/11/05 release. Box 15a or b is not something I will use, but just in case there is somebody out there who would, they might have a problem.
