1099-NEC Template for V. 11.1

Is it possible to get a 1099-NEC template for our PowerChurch Version 11.1? We are unable to upgrade to 11.5 at this time and we must submit the 1099-NEC before February 1. We only have 5 forms needing to be printed and PowerChurch has confirmed the amount and we agree. Handwritten is not a good option. We already have purchased the forms from our office supply and only need the form's template. Thank you.

Sorry ... v11.1 is no longer supported, I'm surprised that you're able to do anything in Payroll either (if you use it). You'll have to either upgrade to v12.2, or manually fill out the form.
