Re: FICA taxes

One of our pastors gets a check on the 5th Sunday of a quarter that is suppose to be just his FICA withholding that he files for SECA taxes. I am trying to get this to register in the system as FICA taxes paid but so far it will only recognize it as a deduction and I get a negative check that shows up. Is there a way to enter it so it will show up on a check correctly and at the end of the year on his W-2?
