Adjusting W3 amounts? - Daycare falls under church EIN

We have a church preschool that falls under our EIN. They have someone that does their 941's and turns them into me and I combine them with the church's. They've done their W2's/W3 and turned them in and I've checked them and was going to combine the W3 information on PC with the church's information so that I could send it in, but PC doesn't seem to allow me. Is there a way to go in and adjust boxes 1-6 on the W3?
