check printing

ok...thank you....
got the check layout printing, now here is another problem....
when I select a group of employees to pay....there are 7...
2 of them do not get an amount...their names print, but no payment!!
I went back and check the payroll items report and they were there...
when I selected to reprint the 2 checks 1 person got an amount but the other did not...
I then reprinted that person's check and it was correct.
Can you tell me how do make them all print the first time around??

Not sure what would cause that. You could try running netsetup.exe, which is located in your PowerChurch folder. For version 8.5, the folder is typically <C:\PCPLUS85>. You may also want to try reinstalling your printer driver.
