Accountant needed

Looking for a church accountant (Northern Virginia) - Any tips ? Should they be familiar with Power church, etc.?

They don't need to be familiar with Powerchurch per se, but they do need to be familiar with Cash Basis Funds Accounting. Most accountants know about how to take care of business accounting, along with that requirements.
Funds Accounting is different, and the reporting requirements are not the same.
