State Tax Deduction doesn't work

Missouri tax tables does not w/h the correct amount. I have entered the annual tables and have double checked that the employee w/h allowance is set correctly (at 0). What am I doing wrong?

I didn't enter the standard deduction according to marital status in the employee pay item for state tax w/h. The allowance amount is added to this if they claim any. Hope this helps someone else with the same question.
