C of A Canadian Payroll

When going through Accounting Wizard, payroll accounts are "greyed out." In another post, I read that these accounts need to be deleted before setting up C of A. I assume that I can set up new account numbers and names, but am not sure how I would delete the USA-type accounts.
How does one do that?
