The person who entered contributions did a bank deposit. The contributions and the depsoit posted on the contribution portion but it never posted to the accounting side. I have checked all undepsoited transactions and it is not on either side. Any suggestions? I could do a transaction entry on teh accounting side if nothing else.

If you posted Contributions and didn't send the info to Accounting, entering a Fund Accounting transaction manually is exactly what you'd need to do.

In future, whoever Posts Contributions must make sure that they use the default posting location of Update Fund Accounting not Update Fund Accounting via File, or any of the other choices.

This way the contributions are automatically sent to Fund Accounting where they'll show up in your Unposted Transactions list.
