Can I have two custom check layouts

I justed started using the computer check option on PC 8.5. And I was able to create a custom check layout for all our transactions. 
Now I need a seperate check layout for payroll stubs.
Is there a way to add or create a new custom check layout
Or any advice on printing payroll stub and check at the same time.
PS: by the way I am using pre-printed checks (Check is on top and the 2 stubs are below)
