How to reprint a contribution report

Post by philwells1 »

I inadvertently missed printing a contribution statement by hitting finish prematurely. I would like to be able to print that statement to include in my files to confirm the contributions. Once that step is passed, is there a way to go back and print a specific statement? I am unable to locate guidance on that in the manual. Thank you...phil w.

If it's a single contribution statement, you can run the Individual Contribution Statement report to run that statement. If it is all statements, you can re-run the All Contribution Statements report and print them.

As Zorak mentioned, you can print out Contribution Statements on an individual or mass basis with the mentioned reports. On the chance you meant a Posting Report, I thought it worth mentioning that you can reprint those as well by going into Reports - Contributions and running the Contribution Posting Report and specify the posting batch you need.
