Line 13 on 941 quarterly return not populating

We are on PCPV12 and I am working on our 941 quarterly tax return. On the very first page of the 941 Assistant, it asks "How often do you deposit federal taxes:" I marked monthly as we pay ours in each month. Is there a reason that box 13a does not populate with the deposit totals? Is this something I need to enter on my own? I don't understand why it asks the question if it is not going to populate the information.

It asks the question because it is something that is required to be checked on the form, and yes, you enter the amount from line 12. The system requires that you enter that to verify that you know what your previous deposits are. Some people do not do a final quarter's deposit online, but send it with the 941.

I don't know what your procedure is, but first I do the online deposit via EFTPS, get the receipt there, then do the 941 in Powerchurch. I then print two copies of the 941, one to sign and send, the other to attach to the 3 monthly deposit receipts and file that for audit purposes.
