We are using Powerchurch plus online and have printed 1099s on preprinted forms for several years with no problems.
This year, the top form is slightly out of align and the bottom form is off about 2 inches too high.
I have not been able to re-align it.
P.S. The preprinted form is 1099-Misc.

Two things:
1. Make sure you have the latest 2022 Forms
2. Make sure that the printer is NOT set to scale the print or fit to paper size .
I just tested and printed the alignment form and the bottom form's last alignment line appears to be about a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch from the bottom.

Thank you Neil.
I compared the 2022 forms with the prior years and found that the 2022 forms are way off.
Thanks for your help.

I am having a more severe issue with my form. I have 1099 misc and the calendar year is just marked 20__, the two digits are open and the form is totally different. This year it is 2 per page instead of 3 per page, last year had 1099-NEC. I just did a reorder and "assumed" it would be the same. If there a way to change this set up that I can't find? Sorry if this should have been a new post.

Sometimes just writing it down makes you realize what the answers are.
My advice .. only buy as many as you need for the current year, as sure as the sun rises in the morning, the IRS will change it the next.

Thank you! I received the 2up form instead of the 3up, new order in. I wish I would have written it down before I wasted so much time trying to figure out how to align it. Lessons learned every single day! I appreciate this forum and all of the work you all do for us!
