Power Church Online
Is there a reason that "Create accounts payable entries for deductions" shows only federal withholding and not SS and medicare. The invoice created by Power Church has always listed federal w/holding, social security, and medicare in the past, but this month that is not the case. Nothing has changed in Power Church. My payroll Item summary is correct as far as I can tell.

The only reason I can think of for this behavior is that the Payroll items being processed don't have vendors attached. That is how PowerChurch connects the Payroll data to Accounts Payable.

Take a look under Accounting > Payroll > Setup and choose Maintain Item Descriptions. Look through each of your items, specifically employee and employer Social Security and Medicare, if those are the ones that are missing.
