Debt Card Expenses, Church Camp Fee Donations

We occasionally use a debt card for supplies and fellowship meals. Is the best way to record these expenses with a JE?

We agreed to pay 1/2 summer camp fees this year. Some of our memebers without kids contributed money towards these fees. Should we record these contributions against the expense, the contributions aren't going to pay all this expense, or record as contribution income?

Or do we need to use a temp restricted acct.

I am using PCS V10 and Windows XP SP2.

I will leave this one up to some actual users of PC+ for discussion, since this is personal preference, whether you want to lower expense or count new income.
