Last year we got rid of our Sunday School accounts (They were 05) and we moved everything into our main accounts (01). We transferred everything over, but when I do an account activity report it still shows in the Sunday School Fund Balance (Acct 05-3001) a balance of $487.86. How do I get rid of this?

My first question to myself was: "Did she post the entry?" If not, when it's posted it should solve your problem.

If the entry had been posted, you need to reverse it (I think) by:
1. debit 05-4270 for $537.58
2. credit 01-4900 for $487.86
3. credit 05-9310 for $$49.72

Post, and that should "zero out" the Sunday School accounts.
