Accounting - need to change working month, month not listed

I'm working in Power Church Plus 9. I just completed August 2006, printed my reports and did my utilities backup. I'm now ready to enter Sept. 2006 but when I scroll down it only shows the months March 2006 to August 2006. How do I change it to September?

By default versions 9 & 10 are set to allowing 6 months open at a time. If you go to the File menu, then Preferences, then Accounting Setup, click the FUnd Accounting tab, you will find the "Number of months that can be open at one time" setting. Version 9 will allow up to 12, version 10 will allow up to 18.

This is what controls how many months forward you can work without having to close an older month.
