While looking at a posted tran (in Fund Accting), instead of hitting the FILTER button, I clicked on the REVERSE button. Can I reverse a reversed transaction? Or do I need to re-enter the tran again?

Actually, clicking that button creates a new reversing transaction that you still have to post. If you don't want it, just go into unposted transactions and delete it.

If you've managed to post it already, then yes, you can then reverse the reversal in the same way you created it.
