Entering savings account interest

We have several savings accounts. How do I enter interest earned in these accounts? Thanks!

You'd enter a transaction in Funds Accounting that would look much like normal Contributions deposits, except for the asset it would be the savings account, and for the income it would be a "Savings Interest" income account which you should already have, if not, create one.
