We are using version 9 and I would like to be able to email the month end reports to our Pastor. How would I set this up?

There's no way to do it automatically, outside of setting up a keyboard macro. However, when you do the reports, make sure that you have the option 'send to screen' setup on the report selection.

Then when you view the report, you'll have an option at the top of the report viewer to email the report to whomever you want. Look for an icon that looks like you're posting a letter.
