I printed out the W2's and on two pf them the wages didn't show up but everyone elses did, only the fed inc tax w/h and the ss showed with their information.. What did I do wrong?

Look at that employee's salary item in Maintain Item Descriptions in Payroll. See if the W2 information has the appropriate boxes checked. That's the most common cause for this kind of issue.
