I have a real problem in payroll since I have individuals working in several church programs and the cost for payroll and taxes have to be tracked separately in different funds. I can't find any way to combine all the pay into one check and have the accounting come out right to get the pay and the payroll taxes into the right fund accounts without having to resort to manual entries and separate checks. This is very time consuming if you have many people in dual programs. Is there any solution to this problem? I need a distributed payroll system program.
