Thanks Jeff, none of your answer applies to how our church uses power church.

What i really want is a report the tells us where we stand financially. Is there a report that shows the account bank balance, book balance(beginning and ending), income and expenses for the month as well as outstanding cheques at month end

FWIW ... I (as a user) know of NO single report that will give all of that information.
