accounting procedure manual

Is there anyone who has an "accounting procedure manual" that they can share with me to use as a guideline. I understand that the procedures may be different, however, I'm new at this and was asked to produce such a manual for our church and I don't know where to begin. Any suggestions?

exactly what do you mean when you say "accounting procedures' ?? Do you mean what you do to post, create checks, etc ??
