Problem With Cut Off Margin On Account Activity Report

I am using PC+ version 10.4 and a HP Laserjet 1200 series printer. When I run an Account Activity report in Fund Accounting and print it the last digit in the "credit" column on the right hand margin of the report is cut off and doesn't print on the report, even though I see it on the report preview screen. There is no way to adjust the margin settings in PC+ when printing a report that I can see. Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Or is this a program problem that needs to be corrected?

Do you have any adjustments in the printer options for printable area?

Is the whole digit missing, or is just part of it cut off?

I do have the ability to customize the paper size in the printer settings. However when I made the paper size smaller (e.g. 8.4 x 11) it cut off the margin even more. I can't adjust the paper size any wider (e.g. 8.6 x 11).

Just part of the digit is missing. In the "Credit" column on the report header only "Cred" prints. The "it" and everything straight below and to the right of the "d" is cutoff.

Here are a couple of suggestions:

- Make sure that you are on the 12/18 Maintenance Release. There was a change that was made to the Account Activity report.

- Make sure that the toner cartridge that you are using will indeed print down the right side.

- We are forcing a minimum 1/4" margin on the right side of reports, which should be well within the printable area of most printers.

Matt,

Did that last suggestion work for you? I am having the exact same problem (& I have the exact same printer as you.) I'd love to find out how you solved this problem.

Thanks!
