COA and duplicate sub-account numbers under Ver 10

We just upgraded from PowerChurch Ver 8.5 to Ver 10. Previously, we had a number of indentical sub-account numbers under multiple funds that we did not want to "link." Now, under ver 10, consolidated reports appear to link sub-account labels and amounts for sub-accounts with the same numbers. Do we now need to create unique sub-account numbers across the COA (with multiple funds) to keep all subaccounts separate?
