Clearing $0.00 in Excel

Excel 2003
When I do an Income Statement in Excel format, the headings have a "$0.00" after each. I'd like to do a bulk Search and Replace (with blank), but a Ctrl-F for $0.00 won't find the cell, nor will a Ctrl-F for 0 (It finds too many).
Other than manually selecting them all, does anyone have a suggestion?
