Accounting Restart

When I started working with PC, I was forced to comply to the wishes of a Treasurer with no accounting knowledge. Not a good thing.

I will soon be in a position to be able to restart the accounting correctly... but I'm wondering if I can run the old and new concurrently until I get the kinks worked out. It doesn't look that way.

So, any advice for "restarting"?
