New Income and Expense Accounts

Good morning! I have created a income and expense accounts for youth group fundraising. I have transactions posted to the accounts but the accounts are not printing on the Budget Report. I was able to enter a $0.01 for the monthly budget and get the accounts to print but it's not showing any amount for the month although the transactions were entered. Any ideas?

Are each of these accounts setup to have its own budget or are they budgeted by group?
