We have entered and posted contributions and would now like to set-up the accounting. Will the posted contributions subsequently post to accounting or do we start the accounting to run from the last date of the already posted contributions?

If your desired start date for Fund Accounting is prior to the dates you have already posted contributions to in the Contributions Module, you will need to input manual entries into Fund Accounting for these contributions. Or, as you state, you can start Fund Accounting as of the last date of the already posted contributions.
