We need to add 1 month to our 2008-09 fiscal year in order to bring it into line with 'normal' accounting years, July-June.

Is there a way to do this other than keeping our 12th month open for 60 days?

Then, how do I change the fiscal year parameters?

Actually just keep going as your are going. When you are ready to make July your first fiscal month, go into accounting setup there is an option to what month is for your first month. The program will the adjust the year to date amounts. The should not be anything else you would have to do.

Sometimes I just try to make things too complicated.
