I'm using PCP v10.4 and using Windows XP. I just learned about using Power Church Today on my startup screen. I noticed that my balance shown in Power Church Today is $564.24 less than what my Check Register report is showing. I'm assuming my Check Register is correct? Why is there a difference?
Thanks for your help.

Re: Checking Account Balance Discrepancy
The checking account balance in the Today report is by fund.
The check register report is by major account number.
If you have different funds sharing a major account number:
i.e. 01-1110-000, 02-1110-000
or sub-accounts in one or more funds:
i.e. 01-1110-000, 01-1110-101, 02-1110-000, 02-1110-333, etc.
this could account for the difference.

Re: Checking Account Balance Discrepancy
The reason why my balances were not the same when comparing the check register balance to the balance in PCP Today is that I schedule payments and post them right away. The check register is by date the PCP Today checking balance is by fund which would mean that my scheduled payments are accounted in that balance. Mystery solved, thank you.
