How do I get rid of an old vendor?

Can you inactivate a vendor that you no longer use without deleting it so that it does not appear on the Vendor Directory ?
Version 11 will have an "Active" option on the vendor record. This allows you to mark vendors inactive. Contribution Funds have the same setting. The Vendor Directory report has the option to include only active vendors.
Version 11 is in beta testing now and we hope to release before the end of the year.
