Moving Account from one Fund Account to Another

I want to move restricted accounts from one Fund Account to Another.

01 - Operating Account
02 - Restricted Account

Currently, they are in the Operating Account. How do I move them to the Restricted Account.

I can see how to move them within the Operating Account but not out of it into another Fund Account.

You can add the account to fund 02, but it isn't possible to "move" the fund 01 account into fund 02.
