Trend report

Our church has a specific request that the board wants to see the Monthwise expenses to date as well as YTD for e.g we are in July they want to see Jan Feb mar, apr, may, jun, and july and ytd colums in one single report. Currently per my understanding there is no such report is there any way by which this can be generated. I am hoping this option is already present but i did not know how to access it.

BTW is the ver 9.0 out if not when will it be any timelines?.

Excellent question and point. I know of no such report but you may be able to do something with a custom report. One thing that I did was download the information from PowerChurch into EXCEL and update my by month spreadsheet that way.

Randy is correct. That's about the best solution for now. I'm not sure that's even something that could be accomplished with a Custom Report.

Version 9 is nearing completion. We're hoping to release within a month or so. Our target is to get it out prior to year-end closing so folks can take advantage of the retained data for the prior fiscal year.

That report will be available in version 9. It is called Income and Expense by Month.
