write not standard payroll check

I need to write a check to an employee to pay for a raise that was given from the first of the year. I did not properly change the info in his payroll account therefore the new amount has not been paid since the first of the year. I want to be sure that the liability accounts and the w-2 info is correct in the program and I do not know how to do this. Can someone help me with this, please?

What version of Powerchurch are you using ??
