question.... 3rd month using this and the first month it was fine, second we posted it but it didnt seem to take it... some reports say unreconciled... and now we went to do this month and it is pulling up the last two months together... please help thanks

So, the first month you did a bank reconciliation, everything worked fine. The next month, nothing was saved or only partially saved ??

The reason its probably pulling up two months, is because the last month may not have been saved, OR, someone did a restore from a backup taken before the reconciliation.

My advice, get the prior statement and the current one, and mark off the checks and deposits from both, the bank's account balance and ending date from the current statement should be used in the reconciliation.

Then let us know what happens.
