Paying a Cleaning Service

We were paying our custodian through payroll. He resigned and we have now hired a cleaning service. Of course the check to the cleaning service will not be done through payroll, but we would like to use the same "custodial salary" account to take the charges out of. If I do that, will this mess up any reports I do for tax purposes?

It shouldn't as its only an expense account and you're paying through Accounts Payable. All your tax reports should be done in Payroll, no where else.
