Setting up new accounts

I'm trying to set up some new accounts.
They have been completed to how I understand they should be - but when I run a "BUDGET REPORT" they don't show up anywhere.
Is there something I'm missing?

BTW... they are under a NEW fund number as well.

Did you add a budget to the new accounts?
