I have just printed out the payroll mailing labels and find that the last name is first and the first name is last. Is there a way of changing that setup. I would prefer

[First Name] [Last Name]
[Address]

Yep, this is a bug in Payroll. We have written it up and will fix it in a future Maintenance Release for Version 11.
